Make a Payment for a Trip
If you are currently a paid member of GVYMA and would like to pay online for one of GVYMA's upcoming annual retreats, please select the product below, add to cart, checkout, and fill out the form. You will still be required to fill out the physical paperwork required to go on one of these trips. This paperwork will be handed out in rehearsal.
HOW TO PAY ONLINE: Change the quantity to the number of deposits you would like to purchase (1 per student), and then click "Add To Cart." A pop up will appear asking you to fill out some information so we know who the tickets are for. When this is finished, click "Add to Cart." THIS IS NOT THE END OF THE PROCESS. To complete the payment process, click on the picture of the shopping cart in the black bar with a dollar amount that has now appeared in the top right corner. On the neck page, click "Checkout." Now you will be required to put in your payment information, and the process is complete after your card has been successfully charged.
This is to pay for the annual trip to Victoria in May. THIS PAYMENT DOES NOT INCLUDE THE $50 TRIP DEPOSIT. IF YOU SELECT THIS, YOU MUST ALSO PAY THE TRIP DEPOSIT SEPARATELY.
This amount also includes a $13.50 credit card processing fee.
Trip payments are non-refundable. Trips are not refunded to account for deposits on hotels and buses are budgeted and paid for immediately after the season starts.
